SPORTS AVIATION OPERATION

By establishing four departments led by the Head of Sports Aviation Operations, effective
communication and enforcement of policies and procedures may be achieved through
collaborative workflow between members.

Each division under Sports Aviation Operations are chaired by Managers who are specialized in managing each respective area of responsibility. The Managers of each division has prerogative in determining the resource allocation based on the essential positions needed to function.

The appointment of Managers for each department rests on the authority of the President, with collective agreements made by EXCO MSAF.
