1. Purpose
This event is held in Conjunction of Hari Sukan Negara where other airsports will also be contested at the same time but at different location. This event will determine for the Overall National ranking for Malaysian Pilot after combining with Results of BiPAC 2023 and TiPAC 2023. Jipac 2024 is the *grand finale* that will complete the series and best result from 2 competition will be counted as final score of the pilot. Selection for International Competition such as SEA games and AFA league will be base from this national Ranking to represent the country.

This competition will be run according to:
FAI: Sporting Code, General Section, Chapters 4 and 5.
CIVL: Sporting Code, Section 7 Common, Chapter 12.
CIVL: Sporting Code, Section 7 C, Especially Chapters 3.8, 4.7, 5.6, 8.4, 9

Entry & Payments
• The Championship is open to all Member and Associated Member countries of
FAI.
• All entries registration must be made via:

• Limited to 80 pilots only.
• The list of confirmed pilots will be published on CIVL official website.

1.2 Entry Fee
Local Pilots (Malaysian Citizen)
• RM300 per person
International Pilots
• Euro 75 per person

1.2 Entry Fee includes:
− ID Tagging
− Pilot Sticker Numbering
− T-shirt and certificates
− Transportation during competition and airport transfer
− Meals during competition (breakfast , welcome dinner and lunch pax)

• Refund policy
− In the event of pilot withdrawing from the competition before
1700H, 15th Sept 2023 and who cannot be replaced by a
qualified nominated pilot, a 50 percent refund will be paid.
− Cancellation requests received after this date will not be
eligible for refund.

2.2 Registration
− Each competitor will be required to present:
a) Proof of identity (Identity Card/Passport)
b) Pilot’s valid FAI Sporting licence (equivalent to parapro 4)
c) Evidence of pilot qualification (ie NAC Licence or IPPI card)
d) Entry form signed by competing pilot
e) Signed Release of Liability document
f) Receipt for payment of entry fees by the closing date
g) Valid Insurance
− Each competitor will be requested to sign Waiver declaration
