What is Sporting License?

FAI sporting license is a ticket for you to compete in any international FAI sanctioned event.

Who & How should I apply this?

If you want to participate in FAI international events, just fill up the form below and make payment to MSAF account.

How much is the fee?

For sporting license it will cost RM 90 per issuance.

When should I submit this Application?

Minimum THREE(3) weeks before you participate in your registered events

What are the terms for this application?

(1) Pilot had a valid national license/SRRP ID with minimum rating prerequisite.

(2) Pilot need to be registered with any Organization/Club that registered under active members of MSAF.

(3) Support from respective VP is required before final approval.

I pledge and hereby certify that all information provided is true. At this present moment, I am free from any medical illnesses or conditions that would render me unfit to participate in any competitions/events. Therefore, I hereby release MSAF from any liabilities or claims should any injuries, losses or damages occur during my participation in this competitions/events. I agree that MSAF have the rights to revoke or suspend my sporting license at any time if there is any misconduct were found. As a MSAF license holder, I will uphold MSAF( Malaysia) integrity and principal locally and internationally.
Sportsmanship: Respect for Opponents: Athletes should treat all competitors with respect, acknowledging their efforts and achievements without derogatory behavior. Fair Play: Adhering to the rules of the sport and playing fairly, without cheating or engaging in unfair practices. Graciousness in Winning or Losing: Handling victories with humility and accepting losses with dignity.
Respect and Responsibility: Respect for Officials: Athletes should respect the decisions of referees, umpires, and other officials, even in disagreement. Responsibility for Actions: Athletes are responsible for their behavior and should act as role models, understanding the impact of their actions on others.
Ethical Behavior: Honesty and Integrity: Demonstrating honesty in all dealings, both on and off the field, and maintaining integrity in personal and professional conduct. Avoiding Substance Abuse: Refraining from the use of performance-enhancing drugs and other substances that could unfairly alter performance or harm health
Positive Representation: Representing the sport positively in public and private life, promoting its values and spirit. Care for Equipment and Facilities: Treating all sporting equipment and facilities with care and respect.
Inclusion and Diversity: Respect for All Individuals: Showing respect to all participants regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or ability. Encouraging Inclusivity: Promoting an inclusive environment that welcomes and supports diversity in all forms.
Safety and Health: Safe Play: Engaging in safe practices that minimize the risk of injury to oneself and others. Health and Well-being: Prioritizing personal health and well-being, seeking medical advice when needed, and avoiding activities that could endanger health.
I also agree that I am competing under the Consent of Malaysia Sports Aviation Federation to represent Malaysia. I agree and allow MSAF to use my participations and results to promote and grow sports aviation in Malaysia
